The exhibit
The exhibit · Europe’s resort assets
Curated intent maps of Europe’s resorts.
A HotelCite page is one verified map, for one property, between how guests express intent and the property’s own official pages. We route; we never assert.
No query-time model. Every answer cites its source, or it abstains. Deterministic and auditable.
- Curated from official hotel sources. Routes reviewed by HotelCite on 20 June 2026.
- Rates, availability, opening hours and menus stay on the pages the property maintains.
- Where no official page owns the answer, the map abstains rather than guessing.
One map, three of its routes
- “somewhere to eat with my kid” The property’s official dining page — the page that owns the answer.
- “an afternoon at the spa” The property’s official spa and wellness page.
- “is my reservation paid?” No official page owns this. The map abstains and hands over to the property.
Illustrative phrasings. Every published route names its official destination and the date it was reviewed.
The maps
What a HotelCite page is.
One canonical page per property. It carries the complete map between the guest-intent families the property publishes an official answer for and the page that owns that answer, with the destination and the review date printed against every route. It is a switchboard, not a destination: the visitor is meant to leave for the property’s own page.
- Method
- Curated from official hotel sources. Routes reviewed by HotelCite on 20 June 2026.
- Verified
- Verified means HotelCite confirmed the route destination and its intended function on the stated review date. It is not a guarantee that the hotel will never change the destination.
- Route, never assert
- Rates, availability, opening hours and menus are never copied. Those intents route to the page the property maintains itself. Where nothing official owns an answer, the map abstains.
- Curated
- Pages are prepared for properties we have reviewed ourselves, and each one is maintained by our team. i²ntelligence works commercially with hospitality owners, operators, brands and service providers. HotelCite is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by the properties it maps, and a HotelCite page is never the property’s official website.
- Adding a property
- Write to us and name the property; we would be glad to consider it. Every page follows our published curation standards, and a place on HotelCite is not something we sell.
The properties mapped so far
More resort properties are mapped as they are curated. A property leaves the index rather than degrade: a route that stops owning its answer is quarantined, replaced or abstained — never redirected to a guessed address.
The index
The European Resort Digital Estate Index.
An annual study of how Europe’s resort assets publish, verify and route the information guests actually ask for — the same measurements taken the same way across every property in the sample.
Not yet published. The first edition is planned for 2027.
It will report aggregates only: distributions across the sample, not property-by-property results. There are no rankings and no named comparisons in the first edition. The methodology, its version, and the observation dates are published alongside the data, and no figure appears without them.
Owners of properties in the sample are welcome to talk to us about the index at any time.
The door
Own one of these assets? Request the brief.
The brief is prepared for the owner and for everyone who acts for them. Name the asset; we reply personally, and we walk you through a working map on a live property.
By email: subject “Brief on [asset]”.
Who we work with
We work with owners, asset managers and private-market funds.
Operators, agencies and advisers are very welcome too: write to us, or put us in touch with the owner, and we will take it from there.
Want a property mapped? Email us and name it; we would be glad to consider it.
Guests: HotelCite does not take bookings, handle complaints or respond to emergencies. Contact the property directly; in an emergency, contact local emergency services.
Operators, agencies and advisers: we work with owners. Put us in touch with the owner.
Press, investors and candidates: write to us and we’ll route it.
Questions owners ask.
What is a HotelCite page?
One verified map, for one property, between how guests express intent and the property's own official pages. It routes; it never asserts. Rates, availability, opening hours and menus are not copied — those intents route to the page the property maintains itself.
Is HotelCite neutral about the properties it maps?
HotelCite is curated rather than neutral, and we say so plainly: pages are prepared for properties we have reviewed ourselves, and each one is maintained by our team. i²ntelligence works commercially with hospitality owners, operators, brands and service providers. HotelCite is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by the properties it maps.
How does an owner request the brief?
Use the link on this page to amirsani.com/owners-audit/, or email amir@i2ntelligence.com with the subject “Brief on [asset]” and name the property. The brief is prepared for the owner and for everyone who acts for them, and we reply personally.
